Please rebook if

• You have an active infection and/or taking antibiotics

• Have Covid 

• Are Pregnant

• Have a cold sore (even healing)

Please allow 7-10 days post infections to allow optimum healing and wellness.

Pre Treatment Advice

• Please avoid sunbeds, exercise, retinols, cod liver oil & gingko baluba supplements, ibuprofen/aspirin (unless for health reasons) on the day of treatment.

• Please do not taking any medication prior if prescribed as your health is number 1. Janine can discuss the outcomes of some and risks. 

• Buy Arnica cream & tablets to help heal bruising if any.

• If you carry the herpes cold sore virus please order Acyclovir just in case.

• Please bring any prescription to your appointment if you are unsure of your full medication list.
